Meet at Echoes

Echoes Luxury Boutique Hotel is nestled on the cliffs of Echo Point, overlooking the Jamison Valley in the Blue Mountains, with spectacular views throughout the Hotel including the Conference area, Lounge and Dining room.

The Conference areas are on the top floor of the Hotel, and include the following;-

  • Main Dining Room (capacity of up to 50 people)
  • Lounge / Conference Room (capacity of up to 40 people)
  • Restaurant Terrace (capacity of up to 35 people)

Our experienced team will work with you to design room set-up and seating arrangements, and tailor to your personal requirements. Offering a combination of well equipped presentation facilities and premium break-out and dining opportunities, Echoes is the perfect place for your next conference.

Inclusions

  • Included in the Echoes Conference Room Hire charge for AUD $300-00 for all conferences:
  • Notepads / pens
  • Water / mints
  • OHP & screen
  • Whiteboard
  • Flip chart

The Echoes team will be happy to assist you with any extra equipment for your conference. Specialty items can be hired at an additional charge, and it is important that your equipment needs are clearly discussed with our conference coordinator, so that we can help make your conference a success.

For your guests we can offer a wireless LAN conforming to 802.11 standards, connected to Telstra's Broadband network with a 1.5 Mb download speed. The benefits of the service are that, with laptops configured with wireless LAN cards you can access the internet from anywhere in the Hotel.
