Standard Terms & Conditions : -

- For Standard Rates & Packages, a deposit of 50% of your total package is required at the time of reservation to confirm your booking. Please email or contact us with your nominated credit card details including card number, expiry date and name of the card holder. We accept Visa, Master, American Express and Diners Cards. However, please note that there is a 3% surcharge with the use of Amex. or Diners cards.

- Where special or standby rates have been offered, full payment t is required upon confirmation and no cancellation and/or refunds and/or change of booking date/s is permissible under any circumstances. 

- To proceed with your booking please contact us via. phone/fax/email and provide us with your nominated credit card details so that we can process the 50% deposit required. Upon receipt of your 50% deposit we will send you an email confirmation. Please note that there will be a 3% surcharge for use of Amex or Diners cards.  

Cancellation Policy: 
- Any cancellation of bookings less than(14)days from the date of scheduled  arrival shall attract forfeiture of 50% deposit paid. For any cancellation of bookings on or after the date of scheduled arrival you will be charged for the full value of the accommodation booked. All cancellations must be in writing and acknowledged accordingly.

- Where special or standby rates have been offered, there will be no refund of any deposit payment/s made and/or changes of booking dates under any circumstances.
