Payment Policy 

Specials/ Promotions Payment Policy: Full Prepayment is required at the time of booking via a debit to your nominated credit card. A credit card fee is applicable (1.5% for VisaCard and MasterCard; 3% for American Express, Diners Club and JCB). 

Packages/ Room only (apart from Specials/ Promotions) payment policy: Full Prepayment is required 14 days prior to arrival via a debit to your nominated credit card. A credit card fee is applicable (1.5% for VisaCard and MasterCard, 3% for American Express, Diners Club and JCB).

Cancellation Policy 

If you want to change any details of your booking, you must contact our reservations Team on +61 (2) 4782 1966 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Please note that: 
No Cancellations and Amendments are allowed for any special packages and promotions. All other bookings can be amended and cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival without a penalty charge. Within 14 days from the day of arrival no cancellations, amendments or refunds are allowed. 

A 14 day Cancellation policy is applicable for any therapeutic treatments booked in our Echoes Private Day Spa, Lilianfels Day Spa, at Darley’s Restaurant, Echoes Restaurant or Lilianfels lounge. Any outstanding charges shall be charged directly to the guest account on departure accordingly. 

If you fail to cancel a booking and do not check-in in accordance with the booking made, you will be charged for up to the full amount of the booking made.
