b.    Tailored Weddings at Echoes

Please enquire with our Reservations staff for individually tailored packages that can cater for intimate functions under 60 people. Please note however, wedding functions on a Saturday evening will require minimum 80 pax and all 14 rooms to be booked. Onsite Garden ceremonies are also only available with accommodation bookings – minimum rooms required.

We can offer a range of menu options for your special day. You can choose from our Seasonal alacarte dinner menu for your formal sit down lunch/dinner function or for a more casual affair, you can also choose from our list of Canapes for a spectacular cocktail function (minimum 40 people for cocktail functions). 

For an opulent wedding function in an iconic venue, we can offer 45 minutes of pre-dinner canapés followed by a formal 3-course menu lunch/dinner.  Beverages packages are also available for you choose from.
